Continuous evaluation via one presentation and final exam per submodule:
Part Mr. Auer: Corporate governance
for Financial Markets
- 30% Presentation (group allocation and presentation dates will be set in the first course of part two). The
assessment will be held in class session 6.
- 20% Final-Term-Exam. The assessment will be held in class session 8.
Part Mr. Kronfellner: Banking Supervision and Regulation for Financial Markets
- 25% Presentation (group allocation and presentation dates will be set in the first course of part one). The
assessment will be held in class session 11.
- 25% Exam (open questions, single-choice, case-study-example). The assessment
will be held in class
session 12.
Attendance is recommended
Evaluation method will be according to the Austrian grade scheme: 1-5. A minimum grade of 60% of all the
assessments in total is required to pass the course. (Allocation of percentages along
exams and presentations
see above.). No calculators or programming software are needed / allowed for the exams.
According to the University regulation §18(2) FHStG: “If the sum of the individual assessments results in a
negative overall assessment, the student shall be granted a reasonable extension period
for the completion of
the required coursework (1st repetition). After a second negative assessment, the examination shall be held
before a committee (2nd repetition).”
