www.luatminhkhue.vn vanban.luatminhkhue.vn THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT -------- No. 11/2013/TT-BNNPTNT SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM Independence - Freedom - Happiness --------------- Hanoi, February 06, 2013   CIRCULAR PROMULGATING THE LIST OF PROTECTED PLANTS Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 03 2008 of the Government defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural development ; the Government's Decree No. 75/2009/ND-CP dated September 10 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of the Government's Decree No. 01/2008/ND-CP dated January 03 2008 of the Government defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural development; Pursuant to the Law No. 50/2005/QH11 dated November 29,, 2005 of the National Assembly on Intellectual Property; Law No. 36/2009/QH12 dated June 19, 2009 of the National Assembly on the amendment and supplementation of the Law on Intellectual property; Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 88/2010/ND-CP dated August 16,, 2010 of the Government specifying and guiding the implementation of the Law on Intellectual property and the Law on the amendment and supplementation of the Law on Intellectual property, applicable to the rights to plants and the Decree No. 98/2011/ND-CP dated October 26, 2011 of the Government on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Decrees on agriculture; At the proposal of the Head of Farming Department The Minister of Agriculture and Rural development has issued the list of protected plants. Article 1. Promulgating the list of protected plants, including 21 plants as follows: Vietnamese name Scientific name 1. Bầu Lagenaria sinceraria (Molina) Stanley 2. This Circular takes effect on March 22nd 2013. Article 3.
