Do hereby nominate and appoint AGELESS CO., LTD., 11th Floor, 102 Tran Phu Road, Mo Lao Ward, Ha Dong District, Hanoi, Vietnam (AGELESS) to act on my/our behalf for protection of intellectual property rights under the prevailing laws and regulations of Vietnam.
Bằng văn bản này, chính thức chỉ định và chọn Công ty TNHH Trường Xuân, Tầng 11, số 102 đường Trần Phú, phường Mộ Lao, quận Hà Đông, thành phố Hà Nội, Việt Nam (AGELESS) đại diện cho tôi/chúng tôi trong việc bảo hộ các quyền sở hữu trí tuệ theo pháp luật và các quy định hiện hành của Việt Nam.
By virtue of this authorisation, AGELESS is my/our lawful attorneys to do the following legal transactions: to apply for the registration of intellectual property rights; to file request for recordal of changes of name, address and/or IP Agent of the applicant(s) or the proprietor(s); to apply for renewal and maintenance of intellectual property rights; to withdraw, amend, or divide applications; to file applications for registration of assignment and licensing agreements; to file response to office action, appeals, oppositions; to protect our intellectual property rights regarding activites which infringe upon our rights and to represent me/us in litigation relating to the legal protection of the above-mentioned intellectual property rights.
Trên cơ sở ủy quyền này, AGELESS là đại diện hợp pháp của tôi/chúng tôi để tiến hành các hoạt động pháp lý: nộp đơn xin đăng ký bảo hộ các quyền sở hữu trí tuệ; nộp yêu cầu ghi nhận sự thay đổi tên, địa chỉ và/hoặc Đại diện Sở hữu Trí tuệ của người nộp đơn hoặc của chủ sở hữu; nộp đơn xin gia hạn và duy trì hiệu lực các quyền sở hữu trí tuệ; rút đơn, sửa đổi đơn, đề nghị tách đơn; nộp đơn đăng kí hợp đồng chuyển nhượng, hợp đồng li-xăng; nộp phúc đáp các thông báo, khiếu nại, phản đối; ngăn chặn các hành vi xâm phạm quyền sở hữu trí tuệ và đại diện cho tôi/chúng tôi trong các tranh chấp liên quan đến việc bảo hộ hợp pháp các quyền sở hữu trí tuệ nêu trên.
As such, AGELESS is legally empowered by me/us to file, or withdraw all paper, relevant evidences; translating all requisite documents; pay over fees or taxes, and make other duties required for the above purpose according to the regulations of the competent authorities in Vietnam.
Bởi vậy, AGELESS được tôi/chúng tôi uỷ quyền hợp pháp để nộp hoặc rút mọi giấy tờ, bằng chứng liên quan; dịch tất cả các tài liệu cần thiết; nộp các khoản phí hoặc thuế, và làm tất cả các công việc cần thiết khác phục vụ cho mục đích nêu trên theo quy định của các cơ quan có thẩm quyền tại Việt Nam.
