Rob is currently Deputy Head teacher/Vice Principal at Crickhowell High School in Wales with responsibility for the curriculum, international learning, teacher & leadership training and the academic side of the school.
Rob has been deeply involved in developing international learning for most of his 20 year teaching career and has seen it as essential for a meaningful curriculum, raising attainment and giving students a relevant holistic education for the C21st. Rob has also been heavily involved with the International Baccalaureate and set up and chaired the IB South West region of schools in the UK. Rob has been a member of the British Council’s International School Award & Link2Learn panels.
Rob believes very strongly in the power of distributive leadership in education and the importance of international education in building leaders and schools’ leadership and collaborative capacity to professionalise learning to meet the educational challenges of the C21st for young people. Rob has spoken at a number of high profile conferences on this theme in the UK and in other countries.

Barlin Hady Kesuma (40 years old) is a senior teacher at a junior secondary school in Samarinda, East Borneo, Indonesia. A graduate of University of Birmingham’s School of Education with a degree in International Education, he promotes Global Citizenship through collaborative schools projects. As Schools Online trainer, he is actively involved in training a number of schools in East Borneo to establish partnerships with schools abroad through the British Council’s Schools Online community forum. He is also involved in teacher quality and appraisal projects for the Ministry of National Education & Culture.

Sariee Minan is currently the Assistant Director at Sarawak State Department in Malaysia. He has 25 years of teaching experience at primary level, lower and upper secondary levels. He is strongly passionate about the teaching of English as a second language for young learners.

Mrs. CORAZON MONICA B. SABIO has had wide experience in teaching as well as teacher training in the fields of Science Education, Teaching/ Handling Student Research, Environmental Education and Monitoring, along with Student Performance Assessment. She received the award as Outstanding Research Teacher for having mentored award winning student research of the Philippine Science High School (PSHS) System which were presented at the Intel Science and Engineering Fair in the USA. She was the Country Coordinator of the GLOBE Philippines Programme (Global Learning and Experience to Benefit the Environment-an international hands-on science and environmental education program which is based in the USA) Program in the Philippines, and has initiated and conducted several international and local teacher trainings.
She is currently connected with the Affordable Private Education Center (APEC) Schools, Inc., a joint project between the Ayala Corporation (a local conglomerate) and Pearson (an international education company), as its Director of Teaching.
