The indicators of participating Utilities that aggregated into comprehensive indicators presented in Table 3.5. It included the values of 2012 for comparison. The indicators are essentially comprehensive figures of the utilities that participated in the database in year.
To ensure accuracy and consistent between years, for comprehensive indicators on capacity, total population and percentage of urban population served in the database sector 2013 and 2014, Consultant also used the previously existing data of the utilities participated in database 2011 and 2012 but did not participated in this time for calculation.
