Coating System Spray or dip 1 coat of W8035ATM (100%) + 3% Part B W8018H + 20% Reducer W8046R, No Sanding, then apply 1 or 2 coats of W8466SLB
ES Sanding Sealer White, sanded, followed by 2 to 3 coats of Top-coats ES (Gloss/Satin White or Gloss/Satin Clear).

GENERAL PROPERTIES
W8466SLB ES Sanding Sealer White is a water-based rapid single component Modified Polysiloxane Sanding Sealer formulated specially for application on timber substrate via electrostatic spray application. This product is designed for self cross-linking to provide a rapid curing, hard and durable coating with excellent adhesion property, scrub, UV, stain, water, fungus and dirt pick-up resistances. This product being water-based, is non-flammable.
SHELF LIFE
12 months from date of manufacture. The date refers to product held in its original closed packaging.
STORAGE
Keep containers in
a cool ventilated environment, temperature between 5
oC to 40
oC. With partial use, close container tight and use the remainder as soon as possible.

COMMENT
Tests were performed on paint films applied at 100 wet film and allowed to cure at 27 2
oC for 7 days. Relative Humidity was maintained at 80% during the period of film curing.
